I wish I could say that I have a wide-range of interests – sadly they are confined to technology, entrepreneurship, community and civil society. At this point, I’ve lived equal parts of my life in Singapore, and in Silicon Valley – as a result, I believe in free markets and efficient government! I love bringing people together, planned serendipity and vigorous debates over cold beverages.
I am currently the VP of Personal Financial Management at NerdWallet. I split my time between San Francisco and New York City, and am always looking to meet interesting people and brainstorm new business ideas.
I graduated from Harvard Business School in May 2011, and worked on a variety of projects over the course of my time there. These included a social travel startup Cleverbootz, a research study focused on learning more about the levers of performance within the academic environment at HBS, projects with Twitter and Eucalyptus Systems. and a startup to encourage fresh grads to pursue entrepreneurship as a career.
